Hi All

Can anyone post the date, time and place of the priory league AGM please? I've lost the letter I was sent! Also if anyone has the week the summer league kicks off to hand that would be great too.

Cheers

Clive, I think that last statement may have to be looked at.  I hardly think Phill is either 'new' or 'fresh'.

By the time I'm fit to play again I'll be almost new and fresh, as everyone will have forgotten that I had ever existed.
Sorry, you must have misheard - what I actually said was 'I agree with Joe; noone likes change and over 40s like it even less'.  There is no room in the modern game for Luddites or reactionaries.  As Mr Crane appears to have found, you have to change to stay fresh and attractive.  [There you are, Ken, I'm being constructive, aren't I?]

Not at all. I thought you were keen to recruit new, fresh talent (with built in respect for the traditions of the game being an added bonus).

just to clarify, in the Surrey League you can't play for a higher team if they are in the same division

i.e. if you have two teams in 3B you can't play up from the lower team.

however if you have one team in 3B and one in 3R you can play up from the lower team

nobody nominated in a higher team can play for a lower team regardless of division/number of matches played etc

always thought it a bit strange in the Kent league that top players can turn up playing at 1 in a lower team, totally skews the competition in my opinion
