kent has another british champion!gina kennedy won the girls british under 15 championships today, winning an ALL KENT FINAL against amelia henley after amelia beat the no.1 seed 3-0 in the semi.brad masters came 5th in the boys under 15 only losing 3-2 to the eventual winner. james evans and josh masters finished 10th and 11th respectively in the boys under 17. ryan burrell-grant finished 15th in the boys under 13 and sam henley 17th in the boys under 19.well done everyone and hopefully a few…See More

there was more success for kent juniors today in guildford at the london area championships, where the best juniors from kent, surrey, sussex, middlesex  were playing.gina kennedy won the girls under 15 beating amelia henley in a close final. in another all kent final james evens beat josh masters 3-2 in boys under 17. brad masters lost 3-2 in the boys under 15 final. elliot knight lost 3-2 in the boys under 19 semi final and robbie finch was boys under 15 plate runner up.well done everyoneSee More

Junior events in Kent

Today saw the last of this seasons englandsquashandracketball junior sanctioned events in kent.Apart from Bexley for the last 3 years, there has been no other sanctioned events in kent for a long time.This season we changed that with Beckenham, Mote, Maidstone, Poultwood, Park Langley and Bexley all holding events.These events attracted over 300 players to play squash in kent that would not normally do so. In the last month there has been a lot of positve results from some of the kent junior players.Yesterday jack mitterer(park langley) was runner up in the english under 11 chamionships in manchester beating 3 of the top 8 seeds on the way. james brick(park langley) finished 8th out of 54 entries!last month at guilford, Gina kennedy finished runner up and amelia henley 3rd in the girls under 15 english closed, both exceeding their seedings. in the same tournament, brad masters beat a top 8 player…See More
