ENGLISH CHAMPION!

Congratulations to georgina kennedy, who yesterday beat another kent girl, amelia henley in the final of the english closed championships in nottingham.


robbie finch finished 21-24 in boys u-13, james evans finished 5th, josh masters 7th and brad masters 19-20th in the boys u-15 and elliot knight finished 19-20th in the u-17.

BOYS UNDER 15'S IN THE FINALS!

Well done to the boys under 15 team who won all 3 matches yesterday in the 2nd stage of the national inter counties.
The squad of james evans(mote), josh masters(maidstone), brad masters(maidstone),ryan duke(mote),ed henley(rodmersham) and aidan spinks(bexley/sundridge park) beat oxford, surrey and gloucs to progress to the finals in march.
The girls under 13 team play next week and will hopefully be joining them in the finals!

kent junior success

kent juniors had a great weekend at wimbledon rackets and fitness. in the london area championships, which is for juniors from kent, surrey, sussex and middlesex, kent won 4 of the 6 titles up for grabs.
bradley masters from maidstone won the boys under 13, amelia henley from rodmersham won the girls under 13, james evans from mote won the boys under 15 adn elliot knight from bexley won the boys under 17.
in the english rankings, kent now have brad masters at no.3. amelia henley no.10, gina kene… Continue
