NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 64th Annual General Meeting will be held at
Medway Park Leisure Centre, Mill Lane, Gillingham Kent

on Monday 12th September - Starting at @ 8pm sharp


Only nominations for Chairman, Treasurer & Secretary are elected at the AGM.

Chairman – Mike Burchell, Secretarys Len Locke & Joe Magor, & Treasurer Mike Sofianos are willing to stand.

Any person willing to stand for any of the above positions will require TWO references, with one from a squash/racketball club Chairperson.

The Secreatary Len Locke must receive all nominations 21 days before the above date., in writing to the following address – 18 Clarence Road, CHATHAM, Kent ME4 5EJ - Nominations received after that date will not be considered.

Any other business in writing or email – is subject to 7 days ADVANCE of meeting.
