NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 63rd Annual General Meeting will be held at
David Lloyds Next Generation Darenth Road
Dartford Kent DA1 1NJ
on Monday 11th October 2010 @ 8pm.


Only nominations for Chairman, Treasurer & Secretary are elected at the AGM.

Both Chairman – Alan Thatcher & Treasurer Mike Sofianos wish to stand down. Therefore those positions are vacant.

The secretarys – Len Locke & Joe Magor are willing to stand

Any person willing to stand for any of the above positions will require TWO references, with one from a squash/racketball club Chairperson.

The Secreatary Len Locke must receive all nominations 28 days before the above date., in writing to the following address – 18 Clarence Road, CHATHAM, Kent ME4 5EJ - Nominations received after that date will not be considered.

Any other business in writing or email – is subject to 7 days ADVANCE of meeting.
