Priory Cups Finals Night on Tuesday 12^th April 2011 at Parklangley Squash Club

On the night there will be 3 finals taking place, Priory 1, Priory 2 and 3 and Priory 4,5, & 6.  The winners of the cup will go forward to represent Inner Kent against Outer Kent probably at Mote Park on Sunday 15^th May probably 1.30 pm start.  The presentations of the cups and trophies for finals night will be on that day.  The matches on Tuesday 12^th April will begin at 7 p.m.  It is important that every team gets it’s 4^th and 5^th string there to start on time.  I cannot stress to you how important this is because if they are not there then the whole schedule goes out of the window. Any problems with this you should contact me a.s.a.p.  Normal cup arrangements apply with regards to payment each team pays 50% of the bill.  Dinner will be ordered for all teams, any special requirements i.e. vegetarians let me know and I will arrange a special dinner for them.

If any club wishes to supply a marker for the evening please let me know.
